Why the money is sitting there

The 60-day clock

Amazon shrank the reimbursement claim window from 18 months to 60 days in October 2024. Claims nobody files expire permanently. Manual and quarterly auditing cannot keep up with a 60-day clock; only continuous monitoring catches everything before it dies.

1-3% of your revenue, leaking

FBA sellers typically lose 1-3% of annual revenue to fulfillment mistakes: inventory lost or damaged in Amazon warehouses, inbound shipments shorted, customer returns that never come back, removal-order losses, fee overcharges. On a $1M store, that is $10,000 to $30,000 a year most sellers never claim.

Amazon pays on cost, not price, unless you tell them otherwise

Since March 2025, Amazon reimburses lost inventory at manufacturing cost, not selling price, and sellers who never submitted real per-SKU costs get paid on Amazon's low estimates. Uploading accurate costs typically increases every claim by 20-30%. Most sellers have never done it.

How it works

  1. Connect, read-only. Authorize through Amazon's official OAuth flow. We get scoped, read-only access to the transaction data we need. No passwords, ever. You can revoke access at any time.
  2. See your number. The free audit scans your account and shows the exact dollar figure Amazon owes you, broken into three buckets: unclaimed, claimed, and expired. Expired is money that died before you connected. It will not happen again.
  3. Upload your costs, once. One CSV of per-SKU manufacturing costs. We apply it to every claim automatically, so each reimbursement pays 20-30% more than Amazon's default estimate.
  4. We build every packet. Claim packets are assembled to Amazon's evidence requirements with complete documentation. You file each packet with a click through Amazon's official claim channel, then watch every case in the dashboard. Rejected claims are re-assembled with stronger documentation for re-filing.
  5. You get paid, then we do. When Amazon confirms a reimbursement, we invoice 15% of the confirmed amount with a 7-day dispute window. Every charge links to its claim and payout record.
Reclaim Desk audits your transaction data and builds the claim packets for reimbursement claims you authorize. It is not affiliated with Amazon. It does not give tax or legal advice. Reimbursement decisions are Amazon's; we assemble policy-compliant claim packets with complete documentation and track them to resolution.

FAQ

How is this different from Getida?

Getida charges 20-25% and sells through a high-touch sales process with case managers. We charge a flat 15%, you self-serve from OAuth connect to payout, and the free audit shows your number before you commit to anything.

Does Amazon already reimburse automatically?

Since late 2024 Amazon auto-reimburses simple warehouse losses it identifies itself. It does not reliably catch customer returns that never came back, removal-order losses, inbound shortages, or fee overcharges. Those still require a filed claim inside a short window, and that is what we hunt.

What access do you need?

Scoped, read-only access through Amazon's official authorization flow. We cannot change your listings, pricing, or settings. We never ask for or store your Seller Central password. Claims are filed by you through Amazon's official claim channel from the packets we assemble.

What if Amazon denies a claim?

We re-assemble the packet with stronger documentation and track every dispute deadline; you re-file with a click. You pay nothing on denied claims, ever.

How far back can you look?

Most discrepancy types carry roughly a 60-day claim window from the point Amazon should have acted. Older issues are usually already outside what Amazon will pay, which is exactly why continuous monitoring matters going forward.
